FAQs

The Wedding Website of Morgan Greer and Louie Romero
Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is "backyard formal." This means we are asking guests to dress neatly without being too dressy or too casual. For men this could mean slacks or dark denim jeans and a collared shirt. For ladies this could mean a casual dress, jumpsuit, romper or nice pants and a blouse.

Question

Dress code and Footwear Continued

Answer

Events will take place on grass and uneven surfaces so we highly encourage smart footwear for all guests. Ladies please avoid overly high or thin heels.

Question

Are the events indoor or outdoor?

Answer

All events will take place outdoors. Please dress appropriately for the forecasted weather. The evenings tend to be cooler after the sun goes down. Guests may want to bring a light jacket or wrap for the evening.

Question

What time should I get there?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 p.m. We ask that you arrive at least 20-30 minutes early so you have time to park and find your seat. Guests that arrive after 5:00 p.m. will be asked to wait until after the ceremony to join the remainder of the events. We don't want you to miss out!

Question

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! Parking will be available down the street from the event. Signs will direct you towards the parking area. Guests are asked to park their vehicles and may take the short walk to the venue or we will have golf carts on hand to shuttle guests from the parking lot to the venue.

Question

More on Parking

Answer

Parking is available at a large open lot down the street from the venue. It is 2 lots over heading east located at 210 CR-609. Signs will be placed starting at the venue directing guests to the lot. The lot will be lit up at night for guests returning to their vehicles after dark.

Question

Are there ride share options available?

Answer

While there is no Uber, Lyft, or other ride share options in our humble town, we have arranged transportation for guests at the end of the night. We want all of our guests to arrive home safely so we encourage you get dropped off and picked up if possible. If not, you may park your vehicle overnight and utilize end of the night transportation.

Question

More on End of the Night Transportation

Answer

We have arranged for a shuttle bus to take guests from the venue to their home, hotel, Air BNB, etc. The shuttle can seat up to 15 guests at a time. We expect the shuttle to return to the venue at least once every hour to take guests home. It will run beginning at 8 p.m. until 1 a.m. Our guests’ safety and the safety of other drivers is very important to us so please plan ahead.

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We highly encourage parents to make this evening a fun date night out! However, if you are unable to arrange childcare, your little ones may accompany you.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you put your phones away and on silent for an unplugged ceremony. We have an amazing photographer to capture the ceremony and we will share those photos with you.
