What if I Do not RSVP in time?

Answer

Unfortunatetly, we will not be able to accommodate you. We will mark you down as "Will not attend" after July 1, 2024. The reason is that we will need to provide our vendors and venue an exact guest count by a certain deadline. Please RSVP as soon as possible before July 1, 2024.

What if I already RSVP but can’t make it?

Though we will be so devastated that you won’t be able to celebrate with us, we also understand emergences do happen. It’ll be much appreciated if you can let us know ASAP by calling to texting Jade at (562) 405-4366 or email: Jadtalene@yahoo.com *Even if the wedding is a day before. Thank you.

Can I bring a guest or a +1?

Answer

Please note, every formal evite that was sent via text, email or messenger, will include a list of guest who are formally invited, including children. These are the names who are able to RSVP via our website. *At this time we cannot accept any plus 1 request due to limited space.* .

Are Kids Welcome?

Answer

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate all children in our special day due to limited seating. Kids who are formally invited will be under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we encourage you to use this evening as a “night out” for yourself and enjoy the night :). FYI: Children with RSVP ages 3 and below will not have their own seat, nor do we have high chairs, sorry for the inconvenience

What is the order of events ?

Ceremony: 2:30-4:00 PM *Please check traffic time, so you may arrive on time* Reception: 6:00-11:30 PM

How many hours apart from ceremony to the reception time.

Answer

There will be a 2-hour gap from the church Ceremony (which ends at 4pm) to the Reception cocktail hour starts at 6pm). Note: Church is about 25minutes from the Venue (reception). This time gap will be used for the Bride & Groom to take pictures with the bridal party at the church and the venue. Guest: please take this time to refreshen up by heading back to your hotel rooms (maybe uber/Lyft from the hotel to the venue) or explore Claremont Village for the mean time. *Click "Things to Do" tab ^ for recommendations.

what's the weather like?

Answer

August will be Summer weather During the Reception the sun will begin to set. *Please dress accordingly with the weather. Wear light clothing to stay cool.

What should I wear?

Answer

Men: Semi-formal attire/suits *Men Please do not wear all black and no jeans. Women: Cocktail Dresses, summer dress (light colors), light fabrics to stay cool. *Please no white, taupe or gold/champagne dresses (these colors are for the Bridal party).

Is the reception out-door or in-door?

Answer

Cocktail hour will include both out-door and in-door. During Dinner, guest will seated out-door in the court-yard. For the after party dancing, guest will transition into the ball-room.

Is there an open Bar?

Our open Bar will provide a His, Her & Ours cocktails, including sodas, wine & beer, but if there will be a cut time if we reached our max we put in, So please bring cash or card just in case you decide to purchase other options from the bar also tips.

There will be plenty of self-parking in front of the Venue.

How can I contribute into your Honeymoon or Cash fund?

Answer

Please click the "registry" tab, there will be multiple funds where you can help contribute as much amount you wish as a wedding gift for the future Mr. & Mrs. Bertulfo, pick from venmo or credit cards. Any amount is truly appreciated and very much thankful. Note: The funds that says "Venmo" just means you can Venmo them directly with your person account then you just record how much you Venmo in the registry page so it can keep count how much contributions were made. Using a credit card does include a handling fee.

Gift are truly appreciate however Monetary gift it what we desire to help towards our honeymoon funds and car :) *Cards can be dropped in a card box at the reception (there will be a sign). We truly appreciate your gifts and love for us.

How to come home safety?

Answer

Though we love to see everyone having the time of their lives, we do encourage for those who are traveling a bit far to book a hotel close to the venue and use Uber or Lyft to take you back to the hotel safely. If you're planning to drive back home the same night please do not drink and drive, your safety is important to us. *If you like to book a hotel with our discount code, please click the "Book a Hotel" tab ^.

Is there a hotel close to the Venue.

Yes, there is a link under “Book a Hotel” tab that will connect you to the Doube Tree By Hilton in Claremont. The link includes a discount rate for 2 days only from 08/23/24-08/35/24. The hotel is 9 minutes from the Venue and about 20 minutes from the church.
