When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by April 1st to help us finalize our plans and ensure we have everything prepared for our celebration.

Are children or guests welcome?
Answer
We can’t wait to celebrate with our closest family and friends! To keep our day special, we kindly ask that only the guests listed by name on your invitation join us, as we’re unable to accommodate additional guests or dates. While we love your little ones dearly, we’re only able to welcome your children if your invitation specifically says family. Thank you so much for your understanding and support as we look forward to sharing this special day with you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that you arrive 15–30 minutes early to allow time for traffic and parking. Since it will be warm outside, there’s no need to arrive much earlier than that!

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! Come ready to celebrate, we’ll have an open bar to keep the drinks (and the fun) flowing all night!

Is there a dress code?

Is the wedding going to be unplugged?
Answer
We’d love for you to be fully present with us, so we kindly ask that phones and cameras stay tucked away until after the ceremony. Our photographer will capture everything, and we can’t wait to share those memories with you!

Will we be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside, so please dress comfortably for the weather and bring those sunglasses! The reception will move indoors afterward.

What is the parking situation?
Answer
There will be plenty of parking available for all our guests! Please note that parking will be in a grass field, and you’ll need to drive down a dirt road to reach the venue. We recommend preparing accordingly for this, comfortable shoes and a little extra care will help make your arrival smooth and enjoyable!

Will there be options for dietary needs or kids?
Answer
Yes! Please let us know any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP so we can share them with our caterer. We’ll make sure you’re taken care of. And for the kids, we’ll have chicken fingers and french fries on the menu!
