It feels like our story has been a lifetime in the making, because in a way, it has. We both grew up in Clermont, Florida, just one neighborhood apart. Our paths first crossed in kindergarten, and from there, we shared every school year together from K-12. We were both part of the STEM program in elementary school, but it wasn’t until a middle school algebra class that we actually became friends. In September of 2020, when we were 16, Keahi asked to go thrifting and what started as a casual hangout turned into our very first date. We spent the afternoon searching for treasures, grabbed Steak 'n Shake for lunch, and ended up sitting in the car for hours, talking about everything and anything. The very next day, we went to the movies with Keahi's family to see The Empire Strikes Back from one of our all-time favorites, Star Wars. By October of that year, we officially started dating and have been inseparable ever since. After high school, we both moved to Fort Myers to attend Florida Gulf Coast University, where Addy graduated in December of 2024, and Keahi is on track to graduate in May of 2026. Now, we can’t wait to celebrate this next chapter surrounded by those we love.
