Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We want to see you dress to impress! We are excited to have a formal wedding and ask all women to wear formal dresses and men to wear suits and ties. Thank you!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are so excited to spend this day with our closest friends and family! As we have a strict guest list to stay within our venue's capacity and budget, we can only accommodate those listed on your invitations. Thank you for understanding!

Can we take our own pictures & videos throughout the day?

Answer

Our ceremony will be unplugged. For this, we ask all phones and cameras to be put away and there to be no pictures or videos taken during the ceremony. We ask this out of respect for the amazing photographer we hired to capture these moments so you can be present and celebrate with us during these moments. However, you are more than welcome to take photos and videos throughout the cocktail hour and the course of the reception!

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Zola allows us to compile multiple registry items all into one spot on our website. Please reference the "Registry" tab at the top of the page to find registered items and their locations!

Do I have to book a hotel at the ones listed on the website?

Answer

Of course not! Feel free to choose your own hotel/loding. The ones listed we chose carefully based on distance, price, and ratings, but we welcome you to stay wherever you are most comfortable.

How should I get there?

Answer

Our venue offers an abundance of free parking so you are welcome to drive on your own! If you are staying in a hotel in downtown Newport, there is a free shuttle service to bring people from downtown Newport to our venue. You are also welcome to take an Uber/Lyft from your hotel/lodging site.

Where is the ceremony/reception?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all located at the same place! Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside on the water and then we will move indoors for the reception.

What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM. Please plan to arrive on time to ensure you don’t miss any part of the celebration!
