Volkshotel was once a newspaper headquarters but is now a hotel and a workspace for artists. It is a little funky with themed rooms and a roof top hot tub & sauna. Volshotel is in Amsterdam East (a 10 minute metro ride or an 8 minute uber drive from Central Station). They are located near the Amstel river, the lively neighbourhood ‘De Pijp’ and the market on Waterloo Square.
