FAQs

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love all of your kids, we are only able to accommodate the children in our families. If your kids are invited, your invitation will be addressed to “The [Your Last Name] Family”. We hope you understand and look forward to celebrating with you!

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Your invitation will be addressed to “Your Name and Guest” if a plus-one has been given to you. Due to limited space, we cannot accommodate additional guests that aren’t formally named on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

If you are able to RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation, that would be so helpful! We ask that you RSVP before August 24th. After that, any unanswered invites will be marked as “not attending” due to our vendors’ cut off dates.

Question

What happens if I don’t RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by August 24th, it will automatically be marked as “not attending”. We’ll miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to our vendors in the timely manner they have given us. Due to this, we cannot accept late RSVPs.

Question

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

Please RSVP as “decline” as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. You will be missed, but we completely understand.

Question

Can I change my RSVP if needed?

Answer

Of course! We understand that things come up. If you need to update your RSVP, just let us know as soon as possible, preferably before August 24th, so we can plan accordingly. Just click RSVP on the wedding website again to change it.

Question

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be outdoors. Heaters will be provided if needed to keep warm after sunset, but hopefully most of you will keep warm with us on the dance floor!

Question

Does the venue have free parking?

Answer

Yes, there’s plenty of complementary parking. Parking attendants will assist you where to go.

Question

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! There are paved pathways, as well as a separate wheelchair accessible bathroom.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We can’t wait to see our loved ones all dressed up for our big day! Please join us in your best dressy casual attire. Gentlemen, no denim jeans or t-shirts, please. Ladies, please refrain from any shades of white/ivory/cream.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm. Please arrive no later than 3:00pm to allow time to park, enter the venue and find a seat. Due to pathway layouts, all walkways leading to the ceremony will be closed at 3:25pm. No late entry into the ceremony will be permitted. If you arrive late, you’ll be able to join us after the ceremony, once cocktail hour starts.

Question

Where should I sit?

Answer

The first 2 rows at our ceremony will be reserved for immediate family, but all others are open seating. There will be designated seating for the reception, and we’ll have a seating chart up on the big day to direct you to your seat!

Question

What time does the reception end?

Answer

The party is over at 10pm! We’ll immediately make our exit, and vendors will promptly begin breaking down at that time.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Duh! The bar will be available to our guests immediately after the ceremony, until last call at 9:30pm.

Question

What food will be served?

Answer

Charcuterie boards will be available to snack on during cocktail hour. The dinner buffet will consist of: tri-tip, chicken, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, salad and rolls.

Question

Will there be transportation?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation services. The venue is in the heart of Palmdale, so Uber and other ride shares are available.

Question

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

There is a designated area where smoking is permitted. Please refrain from smoking/vaping inside the venue.

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We kindly ask that you put away all cell phones and cameras during the ceremony. After the ceremony, we’d love for you to capture our special day, and we encourage you to snap away! Don’t forget to send us pictures and videos, and tag us on instagram!

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Instead of a traditional registry, we set up a honeymoon fund! Any contributions to our honeymoon fund will go toward activities, meals, hotel and air fare. You can access our honeymoon fund here on our wedding website.
