Question
When and where is the wedding?
Answer
Our wedding will take place on Friday, April 3rd, 2026 at Casa Real at Ruby Hill Winery located in Pleasanton, CA. Both our ceremony and reception will take place here.
Question
What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 PM. We kindly ask that all guests aim to arrive by 4:30 PM and no later than 4:45 PM. If you arrive early, there will be welcome drinks and a chance to mingle before we begin.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
To help us with planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. We ask that all guests RSVP by February 20, 2026. You can RSVP on the website or through the QR code that was on your invitation. If you have not responded by the deadline, we will unfortunately need to mark you as not attending. Please note there are no exceptions as we need to provide our vendors updated headcount. We hope to celebrate with you all!

What should I do if I can't make it?
Answer
If you cannot attend our wedding, please choose "Will Not Attend" on the RSVP. If you have already RSVP'd as "Attending" and are no longer able to make it, please notify us as soon as you are aware. We will miss celebrating with you!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We kindly request that no extra guests or plus ones attend our wedding. We ask that only those whose name was on the invitation attend as we want to celebrate with our closest friends and family. Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity for additional guests. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love all your kids, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration except for our immediate family members. We hope you understand and are looking forward to celebrating with you!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes! Please note your food allergy or dietary restrictions when you RSVP. We will relay the information to our caterer.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes, our dress code is formal. For women, we recommend long gowns, floor-length dresses, elegant cocktail or midi dresses. For men, a suit and tie or slacks with a blazer is perfect. We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing brown, white, ivory, or cream. Dress to impress! We can’t wait to see everyone looking their best!

Will the wedding be outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony will be held outdoors. Our cocktail hour and reception will be inside the venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
When you arrive, you’ll enter through an iron gate. There will be plenty of parking available on both the right and left sides of the venue. Overnight parking is allowed, but please be sure to pick up your car by 10 AM the next day.

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
Your presence is more than enough! We're so lucky to already have a home filled with everything we need. If you’d like to celebrate us with a gift, we’d be grateful for contributions to our honeymoon fund to help us kick off married life. If you prefer to use Venmo, you can send your gift to @luciaradilla or use the link provided on our registry page. We’ll also have a card box at the wedding for anyone who’d like to leave a special message or card.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
There are plenty of hotels near our venue. Please see visit the Travel page to view the hotels nearby.

Can I record or take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We will be having an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that you put away all phones and cameras during this time. We want everyone to be fully present with us for this special moment. Outside of the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you’d like!

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! There will be welcome drinks, wine & beer and an open bar for the cocktail hour, dinner, and party! We want you to have the best time with us! Drinks are on us but the hangover is on you!

Por favor confirma su asistencia lo mas antes posible. Pedimos que todos los invitados respondan a más tardar el 20 de Febrero de 2026. Pueden confirmar a través del sitio web o usando el código QR que se encuentra en tu invitación. Si no hemos recibido su confirmación para esa fecha, lamentablemente tendremos que asumir que no podrá asistir. No se harán excepciones. ¡Esperamos poder celebrar ustedes!

¿Que hago si no puedo asistir?

Si no puede acompañarnos, por favor selecciona “No asistiré” en la confirmación de asistencia (RSVP). Si ya había confirmado que asistiría y cambian sus planes, por favor avísanos lo antes posible. ¡Te vamos a extrañar ese día!

¿Puedo llevar acompañante?
Answer
Le pedimos amablemente que no traiga invitados adicionales o acompañantes. Solo pueden asistir las personas que estan invitados en la invitación, ya que deseamos compartir este momento con nuestros seres más cercanos. Lamentablemente, no tenemos capacidad para más invitados. ¡Gracias por su comprensión!

¿Pueden asistir niños?
Answer
Aunque amamos a todos sus niños, nuestra boda será un evento solo para adultos, con excepción de miembros de nuestra familia directa. Esperamos que lo comprendan y estamos muy emocionados de celebrar con ustedes.

Tengo una alergia alimentaria, ¿puedo hacer una solicitud especial?

¡Sí! Por favor incluya cualquier alergia o restricción alimentaria al confirmar su asistencia (RSVP).

¿Hay un codigo de vestimenta?
Answer
El código de vestimenta es formal. Para mujeres: vestido elegante largo. Para hombres: traje con corbata o pantalones de vestir con blazer. Por favor, no uses colores blanco, cafe, o crema. ¡Vístase para impresionar! ¡Nos encantará verlos a todos luciendo!

Answer
La ceremonia se llevará a cabo afuera. La hora del cóctel y la recepción será adentro.

¿Habra estacionamiento para la ceremonia o la recepcion?
Answer
Hay mucho estacionamiento disponible a ambos lados del lugar. Puede dejar su carro durante la noche, pero deberá ser recogido antes de las 10 a.m. del día siguiente.

¿Estan registrados en algun lugar?
Answer
¡Su presencia es más que suficiente! No estamos registrados en ningun lugar, pero agradecemos cualquier contribución a nuestro fondo para la luna de miel, disponible en el sitio web. También puede enviar su regalo vía Venmo a @luciaradilla o usar el enlace que está en el sitio. Tendremos además una caja para tarjetas si deseas dejarnos un mensaje especial.

¿Puedo tomar fotos o grabar durante la ceremonia?
Answer
Tendremos una ceremonia desconectada. Les pedimos amablemente que guarden sus teléfonos y cámaras durante la ceremonia para que puedan estar presentes y compartir este momento tan especial con nosotros. ¡Fuera de la ceremonia, estan libres de tomar todas las fotos que desean!

¡Sí! Habrá bebidas de bienvenida, vino, cerveza y barra libre durante el cóctel, la cena y la fiesta. ¡Queremos que lo pasen increíble con nosotros! ¡Las bebidas corren por nuestra cuenta, pero la cruda es su responsabilidad!
