Shuttle from Bodega Bay Hotels TO Ceremony

We are providing a shuttle to our guests beginning at 2:30pm from designated Bodega Bay hotels to the event (see accommodations below). Space is limited so please confirm you would like to use this option in your RSVP and book your hotel ahead of time for one of the designated hotels. (Shuttles will run approx. every 15-20 mins)

Shuttle from Reception TO Bodega Bay Hotels

Beginning at 9:00pm shuttles will be available to take guests back to designated Bodega Bay hotels. Space is limited so please confirm you would like to use this option in your RSVP and book your hotel ahead of time for one of the designated hotels. Shuttles will run as they fill up throughout the evening.

Flight

Recommended Airports: SFO & OAK

If you are flying to the area we recommend flying into SFO (San Francisco) or Oakland (OAK) which have the most direct flights (About 60 miles away from Bodega Bay). There is also a local airport in Santa Rosa (STS). (About 18 miles away from Bodega Bay) If you do not plan on renting a car we recommend Western Eagle Shuttle for airport transfers.

This charming boutique hotel is 0.3 miles from the venue! However, walking is not advised since its dark at night and there is no designated sidewalk to and from the venue. Space is VERY limited so book early!

Upscale hotel set in hillside lodges with bay views, plus a heated indoor/outdoor pool & dining. This hotel is 0.6 miles from the venue. Weekend reservations tend to fill in advance. Rooms reservations are generally available six months in advance of the arrival date.
