Our story began in Isla Vista, California at UC Santa Barbara. We met in September of 2010 and both had joined different intramural sand volleyball teams who happened to be playing each other that day. Even though Loryn's team absolutely crushed Adrian's fraternity team, that didn't stop him from playfully making fun of her the entire game (even though he could barely serve over the net). After the game he invited her to a party and she tried to play it cool while hiding her excitement over this super cute guy that was seemingly interested in her. It took a little over a year for the two of us to truly admit we had caught feelings for one another, but once that day came, our love for each other only grew and matured into the perfect partnership and love story it is today.
