Need your caffeine fix before the party starts!? This is our favorite local coffee shop - the iced mocha is the Bride's favorite, while the Groom always goes for a double espresso.
MAPLE SRIRACHA HOME FRIES. Need we say more? Expect a long line on a weekend morning.
Yummy breakfast, coffee and delicious pastries. SO delicious, in fact, that we asked them to make our wedding cake!
Grab a delicious breakfast or lunch at Parker and Otis. While you're waiting on your food, be sure to take a look around the adorable gift shop that holds all the trinkets your heart could desire.
Where the love story began! The Bride and Groom met for a cocktail at Burger Bach on their first date. Perfect if you're in the mood for a juicy burger with some unique options!
When in the South! Stop by for some mouth watering BBQ!
The BEST tiny Italian restaurant. Truly a hidden gem. Get reservations ahead of time.
For our sushi lovers.
Motorco has ample outdoor patio seating and a ton of great beer and food options. This bar is across the street from Fullsteam, one of Durham’s most beloved breweries (with an added bonus of ping pong tables!), and around the corner from some other new bars and restaurants. This is a fun area to walk around on a nice afternoon to see what Durham is all about!
With an intimate atmosphere and seasonal menu, Bar Virgile has the most delicious cocktails in town! Some of our favorites are the Gin Fizz, Old Fashioned, and their take on a Pina Colada (amazing!).
Enjoy a lovely sunset from downtown Durham's best rooftop bar!
Not a Duke fan? Time to venture over to the Bride's alma mater in Chapel Hill! Only a ten minute drive away - start at the Carolina Inn, take a stroll around UNC's campus, and finish with a drink on Franklin Street.
Stop by one of our favorite spots! What better time is there to walk through the Duke Gardens than the first weekend of Spring!
