Is Dreams Sapphire an all-inclusive resort?
Answer

What kinds of rooms are available in the hotel room block?
Answer
We chose a variety of room types and price-ranges to try and accommodate all of our guests. If you don't see the kind of room you want on the travel agent's website, please feel free to reach out to her directly and ask! She can make it happen. UPDATE: January 2025 is the deadline for the hotel block reservation - however, if you missed the deadline, you can still use Stephanie the travel agent's services to find the best available prices.

Can I book my own travel accommodations (not through the travel agent provided)?
Answer
You can, but we urge you to speak with Stephanie at Timeless Travels first. She has secured the most affordable room block available (with all fees included), and she can coordinate your flights, and hotel transfers. She will do her best to accommodate and coordinate for us all to have a smooth experience. If you want to do a combination, for example, book your own flights, but have Stephanie book your room and hotel transfers, that is totally fine!

I received a "Save the Date" but not an official wedding invitation, why?
Answer
We have mailed Save the Dates to everyone we would like to invite. There is a deadline for guests to make their preliminary hotel reservation ($100 deposit) by December 31, 2024. Those who have committed with a deposit by that date, will receive an official wedding invitation in the mail w/ RSVP instructions. ***IMPORTANT: If you book your travel through a service other than Timeless Travel, please let us know by 12/31/24 so that we know to mail you an invitation/RSVP info***

Yes! So, you can bring your kiddos if you so choose. Just please make sure to mention it in your RSVP.

How long should I stay?

Our hotel room block is from Sunday, June 15 through Thursday, June 19, 2025. But you are welcome to stay longer. We are!

How many wedding events should I anticipate?
Answer
This is still a work in progress... So far, we know there will be a wedding rehearsal dinner (for the wedding party and family members) on Tuesday, June 17. The wedding ceremony and reception will take place on Wednesday, June 18. Besides the coordinated events, we will all be on vacation together in an all-inclusive resort, so there will be many opportunities to eat, drink, swim, and be merry! The wedding event schedule will be listed on the SCHEDULE tab of this website.

Do I need a passport?

Yes! A passport is required when traveling outside of the United States. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond travel dates for international travel. Please double-check your passport now :-)

While we are in Mexico we will be using WhatsApp message threads for anyone who wants to keep in touch with the group(s). Please feel free to provide your phone number for the WhatsApp group in advance if you're the kind of person who likes to plan ahead!
