We will be streaming our wedding on Facebook Live via Susan’s facebook. Make sure you are friends with her so you can watch. The ceremony begins at 5 pm central (6 pm for our east coast friends), but will begin streaming before then so you can be ready. Please do not share the event on your personal page.
No you are not required to wear a mask. If you feel more comfortable wearing one, you are more than welcome but we are not forcing guests to do so. There will be hand sanitizer available throughout the venue for guests to use, as well as bathrooms for hand washing. The majority of the staff working the wedding will most likely be wearing masks. They will also be serving dinner at the buffet so there are less people touching objects.
Susan and Loren’s Wedding is still on for June 19, 2020 and we hope you will join us! We understand there will still be concern with social distancing so we would like you to know -The Hawthorne House, our wedding location, is designed to hold several times the number of guests we have invited so there will be no crowding inside the venue. -The Hawthorne House has plenty of outdoor space which can be used for eating, drinking and dancing.
We do not have any room blocks reserved at hotels. We want you to pick what works best for you.

There are 3 different parking lots to chose from. The ceremony will be in the little white chapel, followed by cocktail hour on the lawn, and reception in the house. We would suggest parking in the middle lot to the left, between the chapel and house to be close to both. There is handicap accessible parking in every lot.
Semiformal/Dressy Casual preferred please
