Nevada Museum of Art

This pathway goes along the Truckee River right through downtown Reno. There are many bars and restaurants to stop by, as well as city life. I’d recommend this location during the day for beautiful views of downtown and the river.

One of Loren and Joanna’s favorite places to go on a date! The Black Spaghetti is our favorite :)

Dolce Caffé

Lake Tahoe is vast and beautiful, with many places to stop and see the lake. Parking can be difficult. Some destinations to look for are Sand Harbor, Emerald Bay, and Kings Beach. It may be difficult to drive to in the snow!

Historic Downtown Truckee & Visitor Center

A tourist hot spot, but for a reason! It’s an old western mining town, with lots of history. Get your photo taken at an old timey gallery or go on a ghost tour. One of Teddy’s favorite spots is the train tour!

Virginia City

It may be difficult to drive to in the snow, but if you’d like to try Snowshoeing, this would be a beautiful place to go! Bring some bird seed and the birds will land in your hand to get a few seeds.

Chickadee Ridge

We love the natural hot springs in Nevada! If you’d like to visit the hot springs without driving out to the middle of nowhere, this is a great resort to try.

This is a beautiful arboretum and museum at one of our favorite parks in Reno!
