Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Please see Registry Fund tab for information.

Question

Is there a theme? What should I wear?

Answer

Not a serious dress code here, but it'd be sweet if you don an ensemble in soft, cool neutrals—think blush, tan, mauve, or navy. Think: what would be comfortable yet chic to wear to a cocktail event in an enchanting garden. Ideally lighter tones as opposed to bright, or jewel tones. The ceremony will be on grass, so keep heel versatility in consideration. It will be warm to start (sun hats recommended!) and perhaps a little cooler as the sun sets (think shawls, and/or light jackets, i.e., layer accordingly :). Layer accordingly!

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

In Ramona, California, September typically features warm, dry weather with average temperatures around 74°F (23°C). High temperatures can reach 91°F (33°C), while lows can drop to 55°F (13°C). It's generally a pleasant month for outdoor activities before the cooler autumn weather arrives.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30, so it would be best to arrive around 4:15.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be directed parking. If you can coordinate with others, we encourage carpooling. We are happy to help facilitate any others staying near you, if you are interested in

Question

Can we take photos? What can we post?

Answer

Kindly keep phones in pockets, purses, or anywhere they won’t photobomb our vows. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. There will be plenty of "Kodak" moments (shoutout if you're familiar with that reference!) to capture during cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing! You are welcome to post IG "stories" the evening of, provided the bride & groom are not in the shot. Otherwise, please save the rest for the next day. Hashtag & tag regardless!!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we adore your kiddos, we’re hoping to keep the celebration mostly adults-only. If childcare is a challenge, they are absolutely welcome. Just note that we won’t have extra seating or kids’ meals, so plan accordingly.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our venue is maxxed out (with love…and chairs!), so we’re only able to include the guests listed on the invite. Come ready to party with familiar faces!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please note within your RSVP when prompted to specify of any dietary restrictions.

Question

Will there be booze?

Answer

There will be beer, wine, and some standard spirits. Bring some bills if you want to show the bartender (and the band!) some love. BTW, the bartender may ask for identification to prove you are of legal drinking age. So if you want to consume an alcoholic beverage, be sure to have your ID/Passport/Birth Certificate in tow..
