Our home away from home ~ Rembrandts has been Eagle's downtown neighborhood restaurant. Striving to create community within this historic landmark, Rembrandts' baristas, servers, and staff treat our customers like family, learning your favorite meals and beverages by heart. We have now added dinner on Wednesday through Saturday from 3 pm until close, in addition to our breakfast and lunch options daily from 7 to 3. We have also added full bar service with a brand new hand crafted bar, and expanded our wine offerings. We provide the space for good conversation and outstanding food and beverages. Our charming interior dining space and our relaxing patio make Rembrandts a true community place to gather. Enjoy a meal with colleagues and friends, or treat yourself to a bit of relaxation over an espresso, mimosa, or craft cocktail or glass of wine. We are also available to host private events and weddings in the evenings. You are invited to be part of our community at Rembrandts.
Our food is always made using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. This means no high fructose corn syrup, no dyes, no msg, just real natural ingredients. We believe in supporting our community and providing delicious meals with the highest quality ingredients possible.
Our favorite Winery in town~In 2011, a few wine enthusiast friends got together to create a way for premium wine to be available for glass pours at restaurants and bars. Those enthusiasts created Proletariat Wine Company where high quality wine was put in reusable stainless steel kegs to be poured on tap by the glass. The result was a cost efficient, environmentally friendly, no waste wine by the glass program for the restaurant/bar, and an excellent wine for the working class masses at a reasonable price. Today, that same wine is available in bottles to be consumed at home and wherever it travels!
Barbacoa is a multi-dimensional concept that is more than just a restaurant. Designed by Robert and Martine Castoro in conjunction with Thompson Interiors (2005 National Award Winner for Hotel and Restaurant Design), it’s a museum, an art gallery, and a promise to all of your senses that they all in turn will be touched and stimulated.
In 1994 Robert and Martine Castoro opened the original Ti Amo in Laguna Beach, CA. Martines father gave them the seed money to re-imagine a 1920’s home on Pacific Coast Hwy into an Italian destination restaurant. Martine knew she could make it beautiful with mural and paintings and Robert knew the nuts and bolts of running a restaurant. They then found the perfect chef, Enrique Martinez. They were the TRIFECTA, beautiful design, business and amazing food. Ti Amo became a staple of Laguna Beach. It won many awards through the years, “Best Place to Kiss”, “Most Romantic” and “Best Place to get Engaged” to name a few. Ti Amo hosted Presidents, Rock legends and movie stars through the 14 years before closing the doors and moving to Idaho.

Boise’s Interurban Trolley Boise was originally a pedestrian city, and the people used bicycles, horses, buggies, their own two feet and streetcars to get around. The trolley system in Boise started operating in 1891, only 3 years after Brooklyn, New York built the first electric trolley line. Boise’s system was on the cutting edge of technology. The streetcar, or the Boise Valley Interurban trolley system, was in business until 1928, when the car forced it out as the dominant means of transportation. The streetcars allowed residents in the valley to move around, and to get their valuable farm goods out to market, as well as build houses farther away from downtown. Hyde Park is/was the epitome of Boise’s streetcar suburbs.

We'll supply the mink coats/hats... you bring the revelry and feel free take a whole lot of pictures! Each reservation will be 30 minutes in time and include two whiskey, bourbon, tequila, mezcal and or gin tastings.
