Can I bring a date? Puedo llevar pareja?

Answer

Yes, only when on your RSVP form you see the name of your guest or the word +guest, otherwise we would prefer for you to come alone. Sí, si al momento de hacer un RSVP encuentras el nombre de tu acompañante o +Guest, de lo contrario preferimos que seas tú solamente.

What kind of weather can I expect in San Miguel de Allende? Que tipo de clima puedo esperar en San Miguel de Allende?

Answer

San Miguel de Allende's weather in July is warm with occasional showers. During the day you'll be able to comfortably wear shorts, summer dresses and short sleeves. We suggest you bring a light coat/jacket for the evenings. El tiempo en San Miguel de Allende en julio es caluroso con lluvias ocasionales. Durante el dia podrás cómodamente usar vestidos veraniegos, shorts y mangas cortas. Te sugerimos llevar una chamarra/saco ligero para la noche.

No, ceremony and reception will be held in Instituto Allende. No, tanto ceremonia como recepción ocurrirá en el Instituto Allende.

No, we want Saturday to be your day to explore the town and it's surroundings. We will be providing suggestions of places to visit and restaurants to try. No, queremos que el sábado sea el día en que puedan explorar San Miguel y sus alrededores. Más adelante estaremos compartiendo sugerencias de lugares por visitar y restaurantes que probar.

Do I need to rent a car while in San Miguel? Necesito rentar auto en San Miguel de Allende?

Answer

No, San Miguel de Allende is a walkable town. Also you'll find a lot of taxi stands where you can get a cab. However if you're planning to explore other towns, it might be a good option. No, San Miguel de Allende es una ciudad en la cual puedes caminar a todos lados ademas de que encontrarás sitios de taxis en caso de necesitarlo. Si tienes planeado explorar otras ciudades entonces sí es buena idea considerarlo.

Is there an alternate airport I can travel to? Hay otras opciones de aeropuerto a donde puedo volar?

We strongly suggest to travel to Queretaro International airport however there are 2 alternatives: a. You can also travel to Guanajuato International Airport (BJX) which is 1.5 hours from San Miguel de Allende b. Mexico city International Airport (MEX) which is a 3.5 hours away (this is an option that we suggest only if your want to explore the city during your trip).
