Absolutely. We are restricted to only serving beer, wine, and canned alcoholic beverages (besides the champagne toast) at this venue but we will be serving. We are currently still planning the menu but we will most likely add canned margaritas or canned mixed drinks of some kind to the beer and wine list. We will have a bartender and they accept tips.
The venue is a barn on a working farm on the outskirts of town. It isn’t really near much but other farms. You will need a vehicle to get from one to the other but there is ample easy parking at the venue and free valet parking at the hotel. The venue is just off the main road.
No. We cannot accommodate anyone who isn’t on the RSVP list. Thank you for understanding.
Yes. The entire venue is up to code to accommodate disabilities or injuries. The ceremony will be upstairs but there is an elevator. If you have a specific concern please contact us in advance and we will be happy to accommodate anything you need.
That depends on what you are used to. Summers in Washington are unpredictable, sometimes it rains (not very likely) but usually it’s in the high 90s. However, when the sun goes down it will feel chilly and you will want a sweater or possibly even a light jacket if you are used to high temps. We do plan to have a fireworks show at the end of the wedding if there is not a burn ban in place so plan to be inside and outside.
We will be having our rehearsal earlier in the day so that we can be done in time for everyone to go enjoy the awesome fireworks available all around. Especially if you are coming from California you are going to like these ones…. they leave the ground hahaha. Feel free to make your own plans. I have listed several options for fireworks displays nearby OR you can buy your own and light them off next to the river near the hotel. Or just enjoy the show from the comfort of the hotel from a window if that’s more your vibe.
We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dress, dressy separates or a suit and tie. No jeans or hats please.
