We met right before the pandemic started. We started dating and quickly became very close. We both had gone through really hard times and were just looking for someone to go through life with and love. He attempted to propose several times, not because I said no, but because his proposals kept not going to plan. He tried to propose with fireworks but it was during a burn ban so that didn’t go well. From what he told me he carried the ring around hoping for a good moment and everytime it would be a great moment a kid would call with a crisis or something would happen to ruin the moment. We finally got engaged on Valentine’s Day. We’ve been engaged for a few years now and took our time planning this day which we can’t wait to share with all of you!
