Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please submit all RSVPs by January 1st, 2025.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests are encouraged to arrive between 4:30pm and 5:00pm for welcome drinks and greetings. Please be seated for the ceremony by 5:00pm.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We are asking all guests to wear formal attire. Please dress in your preferred formalwear. For men, this can include a shirt and tie, suit, sport coat, or slacks. For women, this can include mid to full length dresses, suits, or blazers. Majority of our wedding will be outdoors, and we recommend bringing a coat or jacket for after the sun goes down. This is not a black-tie event, so tuxes and gowns are not expected.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If a plus one is permitted, you will see an option to add your date to your RSVP. If you have any questions about bringing additional guests not listed on your RSVP page, please reach out to us directly.

Question

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

Due to space restrictions we cannot accommodate any children at our wedding. We appreciate your understanding!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Free parking is available for all guests at the Park Winters parking lot behind the venue. If you are ridesharing (taxi, Uber, or Lyft), drivers may drop off guests at the front of the Park Winters house. On your way home, we recommend pre-scheduling rideshares or you will need to allot 30-40 minutes for a driver to arrive.

Question

Will you be serving food?

Answer

Yes! We will have appetizers available post-ceremony, followed by a dinner buffet and dessert. Unlimited non-alcoholic beverages (soda, lemonade, tea, and coffee) will be available for all guests at no charge.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, you can! Please submit any food allergens or dietary restrictions with your RSVP.

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes! Our bar will be serving beer, wine, specialty cocktails, and standard bar drinks. We have pre-paid for 2 drinks per guest for the night, which you can redeem using a drink ticket you will receive after the ceremony. If you are not drinking, you can give up your drink ticket for other guests to use. If you are interested in grabbing another drink without a drink ticket, the bar will accept cash and credit cards until the end of the night.

Question

I'm travelling from out of town. Where should I stay?

Answer

Please check out our Travel and Lodging tab for more information on recommended hotels for out of town guests. While we are not booking any hotel blocks, we have listed some recommended hotels near the venue.

Question

Should I bring a gift?

Answer

While we appreciate any gifts, this is not expected! We do ask that any physical gifts are purchased off of our registry or sent directly to our home address. You are also welcome to donate to our Newlywed fund or bring cards to the wedding ceremony.

Question

But really...what do I wear?

Answer

We know themed outfits are all the rage lately, so if you're looking for a theme to dress to, here are a few key-words that have inspired our outfits of the day, and can inspire yours too: Vintage | Classic | Retro | Glam | Eclectic | Edgy | Jewel Tones | Pops of Red | Champagne | Deep Colors | Neutrals Remember: at the end of the day, we just want you to look and feel your best!
