We've reserved room blocks at two hotels that are convenient to both our venue AND all the cool things Charlotte has to offer. If Airbnb is more your speed, take a look around Plaza Midwood, NoDa, or South End. For the out-of-towners, if you do not plan to have to rent to get around town and you plan to get out and explore, we recommend the Courtyard since that is located right on Charlotte's public transit rail line. Download the "Light Rail" app (light blue background with an image of a train with a crown on top) to see rail schedules and the "CATS-Pass" app to buy tickets to ride the rail (you can also buy them at each station). Please be aware that the Light Rail system is not typically on schedule, so I would plan on arriving to the station 10 minutes before the time the train is supposed to arrive.
