Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We request cocktail attire for our guests. We want you to look nice for the photos but comfortable enough to burn down the dance floor! Expect that there may be some outside time, so watch the weather and plan accordingly.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! Our venue has ample free parking adjacent to the building and a satellite lot across the street, which will be well-marked the day of the wedding. The biggest area of open parking is located behind the building where Pizza Baby and Streetcar Bar + Bites are located.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Charlotte traffic can be a headache, especially on a Friday! Plan to arrive by 4:30 pm to give yourself plenty of cushion. If you don't want to leave anything to chance, arrive a little early and hit up The Bevery, Streetcar Bar + Bites, Azul Tacos, or Not Just Coffee. All are across the street from our venue!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We ask that the kiddos stay at home on wedding day but we'd love for you to bring them by the day after party at OMB! See the "Schedule" page for more details on that event.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

We're working with a phenomenal photographer (and good friend!) to capture the big day. We ask that electronics be put away during the ceremony so she can set up the best shots possible. However, we would LOVE for you to capture the cocktail hour, reception, and dance floor! Feel free to tag your posts using #theLords
