This is one of our favorite restaurants in State College! Perfect for a fancier dinner and delish cocktails.

American Ale House

Champs on North Atherton is a State College classic! Perfect for beers and tasty bar food.

Champ's North Atherton

A little outside of State College, Axemann was our go-to brewery to get away from undergrads when we were in law school ;) Great beer and really good brunch!

Axemann Brewery

Delicious restaurant walking distance from the Hyatt with great food (especially the fries!) and plenty of whiskey, cocktails, beer, and wine options.

Local Whiskey

Huge cidery outside of State College, where you can spend the day trying different ciders, playing cards outside, and relaxing in a really cool environment that usually has live music. This was a favorite of Haley and her friends during Covid.

Cody and his friends love hiking Mount Nittany - Haley... not so much! There's tons of great trails to explore if you come to State College a day or two early.
