When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by May 1st. If you have already RSVP'd, you don't need to RSVP again after you receive your formal invitation. Thank you!

Do you have hotel blocks available?
Answer
Yes! We have two hotel blocks. Fairfield Inn & Suites State College: https://www.marriott.com/event-reservations/reservation-link.mi?id=1724773912982&key=GRP&guestreslink2=true Copy and paste the link in your browser to go to our room block. This hotel is not downtown, costs $199 per night, and has free parking! Otto's Restaurant and Brewery and Barrel 21 Distillery are both located in the same parking lot as Fairfield Inn & Suites. Hyatt Place Downtown State College: https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/group-booking/SCEZS/G-MCGR This hotel is downtown, costs $189 per night, and parking is $12 per day in the garage across the street. Haley, Cody, and the wedding party will be staying here during the wedding weekend. The Hyatt is walking distance to all of the Penn State bars!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes! We will have shuttles picking up guests at Fairfield Inn & Suites and at Hyatt Place before the ceremony and dropping guests off after the reception. Please take a look at our Schedules webpage to see detailed timing.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! If you would prefer to drive yourself, there is plenty of parking at the venue.

What should I wear?
Answer
Our wedding will be cocktail attire. Please wear cocktail dresses (midi dresses and short dresses will work perfectly, long dresses are also great!), dressy jumpsuits, suits, or dark jackets and slacks. Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place on the venue property. Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, so chunky heels, wedges, or flats may be best for walking in the grass. The reception will be indoors.

Are kids welcome?

If we have addressed your Save the Date to your whole family, your children are invited! We also would love to give moms and dads an excuse for a child-free weekend, so please make the decision that works best for your family.

What's the plan for food and drinks?
Answer
We will have a cocktail hour with beer, wine, and liquor drinks and several hors d'oeuvres right after the ceremony. We will be serving a family-style meal during the reception, so enjoy as much chicken, steak, pasta, brussel sprouts, and mashed potatoes as you please! For kids, we will have chicken nuggets, mac and cheese, and apple sauce. We will have an open bar all night! If you choose to drive yourself to the venue, you can also choose to leave your car at the property overnight and take the shuttle home. We have the property reserved until Sunday at 11am, so all cars left over night will be safe.

What colors are the wedding party wearing?
Answer
The women in the wedding party will be wearing Eucalyptus green and shades of blue. The men will be wearing black tuxedos with black bowties.
