Day 1: Guest Arrival Day
9:00 am - 11:00 pm
Guests will be arriving throughout the day and getting settled into their rooms at the villas. We recommend taking the remainder of this day to rest and recover from your travels. Villa Aerial check-in time is 3:30pm but if there are any earlier arrivals this day, we can greet you at Villa Viviana until your rooms are ready. *See more information about the villas under the "Travel" and "Accommodations" tabs above*

Day 2: Free Day to Explore the Island
9:00 am - 11:00 pm
Enjoy your first day in Mykonos exploring the island or hanging by the pool while the Bride and Groom prepare for the big day! The villas are a short few minutes drive from Elia Beach, the longest sandy beach in Mykonos, where you can have fun with water activities, rent a lounge chair under the shade of an umbrella, or enjoy the bars/taverns. For those that are looking to also experience the faster cosmopolitan vibes and lifestyle of Mykonos, the main town is only about 6 miles away (est. 20 minutes). We highly encourage guests to research all there is to see in Mykonos and decide what might interest you the most, but we have added some recommendations for site seeing in the "Things to do" tab above.
Welcome Dinner
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Garden Attire: Sundress, maxi dress, nice blouse, collared shirt, slacks, khakis, flats, sandals, etc.
Join us for a pre-celebration the night before the wedding! We will have a private dinner catered with a delicious authentic Greek dinner at Villa Viviana. We can all relax and enjoy the view at sunset as we await the big day! *Please be sure to RSVP for this event so we are able to plan for enough food*

Day 3: Wedding Day!
3:00 pm - 11:45 pm
Formal Cocktail Attire: Cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits/pantsuits, suits, slacks, collared shirts or pressed polos, men's jackets optional, etc. *Pastels, blue/purple hues encouraged but not required, with a preference for no black..

Wedding Ceremony
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
The ceremony will be held outside on the grass area at Villa Aerial where we will enjoy the beautiful sea view and mountainside landscape of Mykonos as we say our I dos.
Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Directly after the ceremony, guests will make their way next door to Villa Viviana for a cocktail hour where there will also be hors d'oeuvres to enjoy. We will be offering a few signature cocktails unique to the Bride and Groom as well as wine and beer. We recommend stocking the villas ahead of time with drinks of your choice to have throughout the wedding and your stay.
Dinner/Reception
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
After cocktail hour, we will enjoy dinner at Villa Viviana as the sun sets on Mykonos. We look forward to sharing more information about the menu once we have this finalized.
Party Time
7:00 pm - 11:45 pm
After dinner, it is time to party the night away with dancing, drinks, and good times all around!

Day 4: Brunch and Free Day
9:00 am - 2:00 pm
As we all recover from a fun night of celebrating, there will be a catered brunch buffet for anyone who would like to come by Villa Viviana. Come by to enjoy some food and champagne by the pool or a quick stop for some nourishment before you head out to explore the island on your free day. *Please RSVP for brunch so we can plan for enough food*

Day 5: Island Hopping Excursion Day
9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Greece
Experience the beauty of Greece as we island hop on a private day cruise to Delos and Rhenia. First, we will take a 30-minute boat ride to share Mike's love of history by exploring ruins of the ancient Greek civilization on Delos. Delos is one of the most sacred sites in ancient Greece, the birthplace of the gods Apollo and Artemis. Discover the houses of Dionysus and Cleopatra and see beautiful mosaics and statues. (est. 2 hours). Then, we will sail across a narrow strait to share Jennifer's love for beaches at the secluded island of Rhenia! Rhenia’s idyllic bays, coves and pristine beaches are one of the Aegean’s great treasures. We can take a walk on the shore, swim, snorkel and paddleboard in the crystal-clear waters, or just relax and enjoy the picturesque views from the boat. We will also enjoy a delicious lunch with local specialties and Greek wine before heading back to Mykonos (est. 3 hours). *Pricing info TBD (est. $200 per person)

Day 6: Farewell

We will all say our farewells as the Bride and Groom head off on their honeymoon and guests continue their own travel adventures! Villa Viviana and Villa Aerial check-out time is 10am sharp.
