We're so excited to celebrate with you in Birmingham! Find all the details you'll need for your trip to Birmingham here. We've included information on airports and hotels for the wedding weekend. We recommend booking a hotel as soon as you know your travel plans because Saturday is also a home game for UA football in Tuscaloosa. This will impact Birmingham hotel availability and pricing, so the sooner the better! We have a room block at Ross Bridge, though there are multiple nearby hotels as well. We can increase the number of room blocks available at Ross Bridge to accommodate more guests as long as there is availability.

Flight

Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport

Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport (BHM) is the primary airport for our guests, located about 10-15 minutes from downtown Birmingham. Guests will need to use ride-sharing services like Uber or Lyft, taxis, or rental cars to get to the venue. Car rental services, such as Hertz, are located within the airport. The airport is about a 30 minute drive to Renaissance Ross Bridge Resort.

Renaissance Birmingham Ross Bridge Golf Resort & Spa

Renaissance Ross Bridge is our home hotel where all festivities including the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be taking place! Check in time is 4pm, but if rooms are available they may be able to accommodate early check-in. We will have a room block that can be used on both Friday and Saturday nights. Self-parking is free with plenty of available spaces. Outside of the wedding festivities, guests can also use the weekend to enjoy the championship golf course, relax at the spa, or take a dip in the indoor or outdoor pools. There are also multiple upscale restaurants and bars are on-site, including Brock's, The Clubhouse Restaurant, and JT's Lounge.
