Are you going to host a virtual wedding for those who can't attend due to COVID?

Answer

Yes! it will start around 4pm AZ time. We are still figuring out details, but will have a Zoom link added here so you can attend from afar.

Do I need to get tested for COVID?

Answer

Yes! Please get tested at least 4 days before the wedding so you can have results back before the wedding. Reminder that some attendees are high risk. :)

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by November 1st. If you were invited to the virtual wedding, no RSVP date is required.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal/cocktail hour. We will be outside for the ceremony so please dress accordingly.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

No. If you are attending in person, we are limited by COVID.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We will be having the ceremony at Hotel Valley Ho. They will offer a lower rate to our guests.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

If you received an in-person invite, please arrive around 3:45pm AZ time. Ceremony will start at 4pm and a glass of champagne will be waiting for you!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

You will be ordering off of the restaurant menu day of. Please let the servers know at that time.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is paid at the hotel but there is parking available around old Town. Give yourself extra time if you are going to walk.
