When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by no later than Sunday, March 15, 2026. Formal invitations will be sent in early February.

Do I need to make my menu selection with my RSVP?

Answer

No, menu orders will be taken table side during the reception. If you have any dietary restrictions, please share them with your waiter. There be vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you arrive by 4:30 PM, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. To ensure the event runs smoothly and respectfully, late arrivals will not be permitted to enter once the ceremony has started. Thank you for your understanding! Need an incentive to come early? We'll be serving glasses of sangria starting at 4:30!

Yes, there is pre-paid valet parking at Benvenuto.

What about transportation to & from the hotel for the wedding?

Answer

We’re excited to offer a complimentary trolley shuttle service for our guests on the wedding day! Trolleys will depart from and return to The Colony Hotel in Delray Beach. Please plan to be in the hotel’s lobby salon/ballroom by 4:00 PM. The first trolley will leave at 4:15 PM, with the final departure at 4:40 PM. For the return trip, trolleys will begin departing from Benvenuto at 9:00 PM and will run every 30 minutes. The final shuttle will leave at 10:30 PM, following the end of the reception.
