Arrive at the Venue, you can park in the lot to the right of the hotel property as you’re entering into the hotel. Parking is free. There is also additional parking in the Lodge’s garage if you make a left (as you are entering into the hotel property). For those of you taking Uber/Lyft, have them drop you off at the entrance of the Lodge. You can then walk right into the hotel. Ceremony starts promptly at 3:30pm. Make you’re way to the back of the hotel through the outer doors to the Arroyo Terrace where it will commence (left of the pool area).

Ceremony starts promptly at 3:30pm. Make you’re way to the back of the hotel through the lobby and then exit the outer doors to the Arroyo Terrace where the ceremony will commence (left of the pool area).
Cocktail Hour - Balcony of Charles Reiffel Ballroom
4:00 pm - 5:30 pm

Reception - Arroyo Terrace

Reception will be on the lawn outside on Arroyo Terrace, right where the ceremony took place.
