Question

I didn't get a paper invite in the mail! Did it get lost?

Answer

To save trees (and be more economical) we did not send out paper invites other than the save-the-dates. Please refer to this website for all wedding info, or reach out to us for more info if you cannot find it on our website.

Question

What is the attire for the wedding ceremony & reception?

Answer

The wedding attire is cocktail/garden party-type attire. Please no jeans. We want to see you look fancy! (Khakis or nice slacks with button-down and tie are fine for gentlemen. Suits will not be over-dressed, though! Ladies, slacks and a nice blouse or a spring-time dress would be much appreciated.)

Is there a rehearsal & rehearsal dinner?

Answer

There is a rehearsal and rehearsal dinner on April 12. This is a small/intimate affair only for the wedding party, but after (around 8:30pm or so), we plan to hang out a restaurant/bar close to the Sonesta Hotel that anyone can come to. If you are interested in meeting up with us, let us know, and we can send out some notifications to let you know more info! If you are part of the wedding party, please refer to your invitation for more information.

What is the attire for the rehearsal?

Answer

Comfy, casual, but nice and presentable. Jeans are fine here. The bride plans to wear a summer dress, the groom will be in khakis and a button-down.

Question

Will there be a shuttle?

Answer

Yes. There will be a shuttle running from the Sonesta Bee Cave Hotel to Antebellum Oaks Venue. We have arranged for it to run the day of the wedding at the following times: 10:45AM, 11:00AM (These will just be for taking the wedding party over to get ready at the venue) 5:00PM, 5:30PM (These will be for any wedding guests wanting to be shuttled TO THE VENUE for the 6:00PM ceremony) 10:45PM, 11:15PM (These will be for any wedding guests wanting to be shuttled BACK TO SONESTA HOTEL after the reception) Note: Shuttle is not restricted to Sonesta guests. If you want to ride the shuttle, but are not staying at the Sonesta, you may park for free in the garage adjacent to the Sonesta, as well as the overflow parking at Dick’s Sporting Goods.
