The BEST wings in town! This is a great spot to hangout & watch football. You can also plan ahead and reserve an indoor golf simulator bay. Something for everyone to enjoy at Mister B's!
The Brew Bridge
The Brew Bridge is Owensboro's first brewery and still its favorite! A great local spot to grab a day drink, apps & lunch.
SIP Wine Room
Sip is a self pour wine bar with a fully stocked bar for a multitude of other drink options. This is one of the hot local spots and sits downtown in the river. It's a great spot to grab a drink, explore the river front & there are tons of food options within walking distance.
The Pub on Second
This is the best sports bar in downtown Owensboro. An extensive draft menu, full service bar, great food and a homey atmosphere. One of the locals favorite spots day and night!
Smothers Park
This is right on the river front downtown! A great spot to take the kiddos to run around & it even includes a splash park for them to escape the heat. The river front has a walking path if you're looking to get some steps in and explore downtown. Lots of lunch spots around as well.
The Creme Coffee House
Looking for an extra kick of caffeine or relaxing spot to knock some last minute work items out before you kick off the wedding weekend? Look no further than one of the BEST coffee shops in all of Western Kentucky, The Creme. Full of character & caffeine...what more could you ask for? It is also centrally located on Owensboro's finest downtown strip, so no need to go far.
Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum
Interact with the history of Bluegrass music and the people and instruments who made it. Tour through limited-time exhibits, permanent features, and the Hall of Fame itself. I'm not sure if you know, but Owensboro is a pretty big deal in the Bluegrass world. There's an ongoing argument of what put us on the map, Bluegrass Music Romp Festival or BBQ. Unfortunately for us, it was not Taylor Swift.
