Maid of Honor
Danna and Katie met when they joined the same Girl Scout troop in kindergarten. However, their friendship turned into a best-friendship a few years later when they bonded over both having a crush on the heart throb of Mrs. Schmidt's 3rd grade class. Their friendship continued through middle school and high school. During those years, you could often find the pair walking through their neighborhood between each other's houses - only 37 seconds away from each other. When they parted ways for college, their friendship endured, as they talked almost every week. Danna graduated from Texas A&M and currently works as a FOCUS campus missionary in Atchison, Kansas.

Lauren and Katie became great friends in middle school when they shared the same 6th grade homeroom class. Both of their families attend the same church, so their relationship continued to grow as they attended attended the same Bible study through their youth group throughout middle school and high school. Lauren graduated from Baylor University and now is living out her passion for elementary education in her own kindergarten classroom in the same school district where Katie and Lauren grew up.

Sara and Katie met during their freshmen year at SMU and co-founded their sorority together. Katie and Sara served together on the officer team of that organization and have been roommates since 2016. Injustice causes her heart to race, a trait that along with her mad intelligence, makes her a valuable team member of the Hunt Institute, an organization that uses technology to serve the global poor.

Rachel and Katie met serving on the same officer team of their sorority at SMU. Rachel is one of Katie's biggest cheerleaders, always encouraging her in her goals and directing her with wisdom and truth. Rachel has two passions: healthcare and Disney. She currently works as a patient care organizer at a preventative medicine clinic in Dallas and owns a Disney travel planning business.

Katherine and Katie met on their first day of PA school and quickly connected when they realized that Katie knows Katherine's in-laws through her college ministry at SMU. When they met, Katherine was planning her own wedding and showed Katie just how wonderful it would be to do PA school and plan a wedding (or rather, how to delegate to the fiancé).
Sister of the Groom and Bridesmaid
Carly, the youngest of the three Abraham siblings, is a sophomore in high school and actively involved in her school's cross country team. When asked what she admires about her brother Alex, Carly said that watching her brother develop a love of learning and achieve in school has motivated her to challenge herself and take harder classes.
Best Man
Chris and Alex have learned about brotherhood together for 20 years, and the relationship has been a rich story of growth and new understanding. Chris is full of energy and loves to be active intellectually, socially, and physically. Chris is a piano maestro (gracious adhoc band member with Alex trying to keep up on guitar), a friend and leader within Young Life, and roller hockey and Ultimate Frisbee gamechanger (former Ultimate teammate with Alex). He's taught Alex for years about empathy and vigor for life. He currently attends Penn State University, in preparation for a career in teaching.

Ryan and Alex met during an extremely memorable/hilarious/full-of-late-evenings first year at Purdue University. A natural with smooth-talkin' (quick recoveries if necessary), insightful thoughts and questions, puns, and long-lasting jokes and jabs, Ryan has shown Alex how friendships deepen through patience, honesty, and shared vision. Former co-host of and guest rapper to Purdue's own web-streamed WILY radio. Self-proclaimed champion of the AUX cord.
Groomsman
Konrad and Alex met during their first week in the Purdue dorms, during a round-up of floor teammates for pick-up volleyball. Konrad's signature energy and curiosity make for excellent discussions and competitions. Driven student of aerospace engineering. Promoter of the weekly blockbuster "Saturday Night Dubs" ping-pong doubles tournament in Apartment #5. His lifetime record of ping-pong games played against Alex may have more wins than losses.

Joseph and Alex became good friends in their high school years. As neighbors, logged plenty of video game hours ... but transitioned to enjoy a number of unforgettable discussions. Usually up for excursions to downtown Pittsburgh, long road trips (Dallas to Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh to Ithaca, NY), and the like, unless he's scheduled to practice bass. Asks great questions and seeks strong convictions.

Matthew and Alex became tight friends later in high school - later than should have been the case! Matthew relentlessly looks to build and fortify relationships. Extremely driven student of math and science, and dedicated friend, Matthew's search for understanding is inspiring. Fantastic thinker to receive a weekend phone call from. Has regularly provided crucial insights in conversations over recent years. Currently preparing for a career in materials science and engineering.

Katie has been Christopher's favorite person ever since day 1. Through every baseball game she attended, he always loved when he heard his sister yelling "Goooooo Chrissy" from the stands. Not an embarrassing name at all!

Michael and Alex's friendship began somewhere around the 2nd grade - or perhaps earlier. Michael and Alex logged numerous hours in a range of hangouts: video games, backyard basketball, skiing, hours-long conversations ... In a testament to his patience, Michael bore with Alex's complaining through high school physics. Thank you for that. A wiz of physics, programming - various maths and sciences - Michael has taken his talents to Madison, Wisconsin to work in healthcare-oriented software and services.
