Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
This is a 1 hr private welcome event at the Beach Bar next to the cheeseburger restaurant. There will be an international open bar.
Friday, January 19, 2024
Rehearsal
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Meet at the Punch Bar. Come dressed ready for the rehearsal dinner that follows at 6pm with all guests of the wedding.
This event is only for the bridal party (bridesmaids/groomsmen/flower girl) and parents of the wedding couple.
Private Dinner
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Private dinner: Anything casual but nice for pictures!
4 hr private dinner: 3-course plated dinner, international open bar, monogrammed dinner menu, & live local Marimba music (45min)

Wedding Ceremony
4:45 pm - 5:30 pm
Semi-Formal: Suits, and flowy gowns are welcome. There is a special request for wearing earth-tone colors.
It is traditional to please refrain from wearing a white dress or suit to the wedding ceremony and reception. This is an outdoor ceremony (shaded) at 5pm in the early evening. The weather is normally warm and humid. Thank you! ***For the ladies: Lulu's has a whole line of "destination beach wedding" dresses for inspo!*** ***Tip for men: linen attire/suits are a light material if you are unsure of the best option***
Reception
7:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Semi-Formal: Tuxes, suits, and gowns are welcome. Although not mandatory, there is a special preference for wearing earth-tone colors :)
You will have some time after the ceremony to change if you like. It is about a 10 minute walk from the ceremony to the reception location. Come ready to have fun, dance, and take nice pictures!

Farewell Brunch
10:30 am - 12:30 pm
Beach Attire: examples are linen pants, short-sleeved button downs, beach dresses, and sandals.
*This is right before most guests will be checking out on (1/21) at 12pm.* There will be tacos, beer & and an international open bar. We will also play Margaritaville's popular Flip Flop Beach Olymipics. Wear your sandals!
