What is the dress code for the welcome party and the wedding?

Answer

The welcome party dress code is smart casual (sundresses, collared shirts, khakis). The wedding dress code is formal (formal dresses and suits). Ceremony will be on the grass - block heels/wedges recommended.

Will there be a room block through the hotels?

Answer

Yes, please use the links in the "Travel" tab to find the discounted room blocks for each hotel.

Will there be a shuttle to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes, the shuttle bus will be picking up and dropping off at the SpringHill Suites Hotel. The bus will leave the hotel at 4:40 pm. There will be a first pick up at 9:30 pm second pick up at 11:45 pm from the venue back to the hotels. Please RSVP if you plan to ride.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, the venue has a parking lot. But cars are not allowed to be left on site overnight or else it will get towed in the morning.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will be in an indoor/outdoor space.
