Welcome Party

6:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Please join us at our welcome party, where we'd love to say hi and thank you for making the trip to celebrate us! Heavy hors d’oeuvres will be served along with an open bar. Feel free to arrive anytime once you get to Knoxville and settle into your hotels!

Shuttle Bus to Castleton Farms

4:20 pm - 11:45 pm

We’ll have a complimentary shuttle to and from the venue. Seats are limited - please RSVP for the shuttle only if you plan to ride. On-site parking is available at the venue if you prefer to drive yourself, it is about a 30-minute drive from the hotels. Cars are not allowed to be left at the venue overnight so please plan accordingly. Pickup: Springhill Suites – 4:20 PM, departs at 4:40 PM Return options: 9:30 PM (early) & 11:45 PM (final) back to hotels
