Table Mountain is the most famous landmark in Cape Town, and is where we got engaged in May of 2023! This is a must see while you are visiting! So enjoy a relaxing cable car ride to top and spend a few hours taking in the spectacular views overlooking the city. There is a bar/restaurant at the top so feel free to enjoy a bite or a couple of drinks! If adventuring is more your style, the mountain has plenty of trails as well!

For all our adventure seekers and nature lovers, Lion's head is a fantastic hike that rewards with a stunning view over the city and ocean. It is not a walk in the park though! The 5.5km trail takes at least 90min to hike, and be sure to bring sturdy shoes and lots of water!

If you are a nature lover or just come for the views, the Kirstenbosch botanical gardens will be exactly what you are looking for! Situated on the eastern foot of table mountain, the huge 500+ acre garden is considered one of the most magnificent botanical gardens in the world. There are also plenty of visitor facilities including restaurants/coffee shops and other amenities.

The Hout Bay market is a must see for some cultural flair! The rustic-chic marketplace features plenty of food vendors & handmade craft items. Plus regular live music and brews. Note: The market is only open on the weekends. Fri (5-9pm), Sat+Sun (9:30am-4pm).
