Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Please wear cocktail attire, dare we say ~elevated garden party~ chic. But please make sure you're comfortable! There is a small grassy walkway so we would leave your skinny stiletto heels at home. **The ceremony will be outdoors, weather in VT can sometimes be chillier by the mountains.

Do you have a room block at The Equinox?

Answer

We do not. However, if you head over to our 'STAY' tab there is a link to several hotels in the area with potential discounted rates. We would book your accommodations ASAP as September is a popular time for weddings in the area! Please note, some hotels and airbnb's may have a 2 night minimum stay.

Where is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Both ceremony and reception will be at the same location - The Pond Pavilion at The Equinox Resort & Spa. Transportation from the main hotel will be provided to and from the event, it is a <5 minute drive.

Is there parking?

Answer

Shuttles will be taking all guests from The Equinox hotel up to the ceremony/reception area (<5 minute drive). You can park at large lot at the rear of the hotel. Shuttles will pick all guests up in front of the hotel. We will update our itinerary page with a time once that is confirmed.

Does that mean I'm stranded at the reception until the end?

Answer

Absolutely not! If you need to head out early, we will have shuttle service between the reception back down to the hotel throughout the night in case you need to Irish goodbye... we get it :)

Are kids allowed?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we please ask that they stay at home (supervised). Think of it as a night out/mini-vacation for you.. you deserve it!
