When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

When you recieve the formal invitation closer to the wedding date we ask that you email us at lkwatson2022@gmail.com and let us know if you can come and exactly how many people we can expect to be there so that we can plan accordingly. We want to ensure that we have enough seating and food for everyone!

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

If you will not be able to attend our wedding we ask that you let us know as soon as possible so that we can plan accordingly. If you RSVP that you can't make it we politely ask that you do not show up unexpectedly! We want to ensure that we have enough seating and food for everyone!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

NO! alcohol will not be served and you are *NOT* allowed to bring your own alcohol due to the policy of Homestyle Country Weddings. There will be a various selection of other beverages to choose from inside the barn.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Kids are welcome and we encourage you to bring them! For safety purposes, we ask that kids are not left unsupervised on the premises of homestyle country weddings.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! we will have street and field parking available at the site. Please do not park in the driveway as that will be reserved for dancing and our food preparation area.

Will we be able to take pictures and videos?

Answer

Yes, but only during the reception. Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #Aislebelovingwatson so we can keep track of all of your pictures! We have invested in an amazing photographer so we ask that cellphones and cameras be silenced and put away during the ceremony.

Will there be food and drinks available?

Answer

Yes, we will provide a selection of various types of food and beverages inside the barn. Please let us know if you have any allergies so that we can try to accommodate them in any way!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal. Men can wear a nice button-down shirt with boots and jeans. For women, we ask that you wear a nice dress and boots to match the men if possible.

What do I do after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, we ask that guests take their chairs inside the barn to their desired seating. Guests are welcome to grab a plate of food and dance!

Will there be a hotel room block for guests?

Answer

no, we will not have a reserved hotel block for guests although we do have a list of nearby hotels and car rental places on the guest accommodations tab!
