What's the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day! Semi-formal attire is recommended. No jeans, please! The ceremony and reception will both be inside, with the option to go outside for cocktail hour. Dress accordingly!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family! To keep our gathering intimate, our wedding is RSVP-only. If you received a plus one guest, it will be indicated on your RSVP card. Thank you for understanding—we can’t wait to celebrate together!

Are children invited?

We absolutely love and adore your little ones! To keep our celebration intimate, we’ve decided to include only the children in our wedding party. We hope you understand and enjoy a fun night out with us!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

Since the ceremony starts at 1:30PM and cocktail hour doesn't start until 5PM, all guests can either take the transportation /Uber or drive themselves to the New Bedford, MA area while the wedding party take photos. Downtown New Bedford has tons of coffee shops and bars to relax at before cocktail hour, again, starting at 5PM. Society which is a coffee bar/bar is located in Kilburn Mill- very convenient.

Question

Will transportation be provided between to and from the hotel, ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle bus (party bus) that seats 32 passengers at a time starting at 12PM that will travel to both hotels to get guests to the ceremony. Following the ceremony, due to the early ceremony start time, you will be transported back to your designated hotels. The shuttle will then begin bringing guests to Kilburn Mill for cocktail hour, as cocktail hour starts at 5PM. They will do continuous rounds to ensure no one is left behind. At the end of the night, they will be at Kilburn Mill ready for any early departures back to the hotels, but will be making continuous rounds close to 10:30PM when the reception ends, also ensuring everyone makes it back to their designated hotels. The wedding party will have their own designated bus which the bridesmaids/bride will take to the ceremony initially. The groom/groomsmen/ring bearers have their own shuttle from hotel to ceremony ONLY. Following the ceremony they will join on the designated wedding party bus. Please note: further details of timing/location of the bus will be provided on an itinerary you will receive when you check into the hotel! Of course there is always the option to Uber!
