Official invites and RSVP instructions will be sent in 2022. However, if you know you will not be able to join us in Cabo, please reach out to the bride or groom directly as soon as you know.
If you are interested in staying on Diamante property, we recommend booking as soon as possible, as inventory is limited. If you are looking to stay at the nearby resorts or in downtown Cabo, reservations are available now, however you have more flexibility in timing with these external resorts. We recommend you book your flights at least 6 months in advance.
There is no hotel block, however please see the "Travel Information & Accommodations" section for hotel suggestions.
While we love your little ones, we are unable to accommodate children for the occasion. If you are planning to make your trip to Cabo a family vacation and are interested in childcare options for Saturday's events, please reach out to Alex Gaidousek at 713-806-1917.
Unfortunately, due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on each wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.
Most major airlines fly into San Jose del Cabo Airport (SJD). The airport is located in San Jose del Cabo, Mexico, which is about 40 minutes from Cabo San Lucas. To get from the airport to Cabo, we recommend using a shuttle transportation service (see Travel and Accommodations tab for more details). If you prefer to have a car during your time in Mexico, the airport offers many major rental car options.
You will need a valid passport to travel to Mexico. You also will need to complete an immigration form and customs form, but they do provide these on the flight to Mexico. Bring a pen with you on the plane to complete these forms.
Both the ceremony and reception are Black Tie Optional. For ladies, we suggest a formal or cocktail dress. For gentlemen, a suit or tuxedo is perfect! The weather does cool off when the sun goes down, so a wrap or light jacket is recommended.
Please plan on arriving 20-30 minutes before the ceremony starts. If you are staying off property, please account for extra time to get through the main security gate and down to the El Cardonal Golf Club.
Taxis are the primary means of transportation if you do not have a rental car. Most hotels and restaurants are happy to call you a taxi! Taxis do require you to pay in cash, so plan ahead!
Cabo is October is beautiful! Expect highs of 80s during the day and lows in the 60s at night.
The most important item to pack is your passport (and a pen for immigration forms)! Pack as you would for a summer vacation during the day (shorts, bathing suits, sunscreen). It does cool off at night, so we recommend packing a light jacket or pants. If you plan on using taxis to get around town, pack cash for your trips (expect about $10 a person/trip).
We are having an unplugged ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and devices be put away during the ceremony. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you want! We promise to share ceremony photos with you as soon as we get them.
