Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have a plus one, it will be listed on your wedding invitation and appear when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
Intimate Ceremony (by invitation only) – The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM (fingers crossed the bride is on time). We kindly ask invited guests to arrive between 4:00 PM and 4:15 PM to ensure everyone is seated and settled before the processional begins. Reception – We’re excited to celebrate with everyone! Cocktail hour will begin at 6:00 PM, with the wedding party expected to arrive around 6:45 PM. A buffet dinner will follow and should begin no later than 7:15 PM. While there’s no strict arrival time for the reception, we recommend arriving by 6:45 PM to enjoy the full experience!
We would love for everyone to dress up with us for the big day! Cocktail attire is requested—suits, dresses, button-ups with nice denim, or a blouse and slacks are all welcome. We ask that guests please avoid hats, sweatshirts, and distressed jeans.
The ceremony will be held outside, but the cocktail hour and reception will take place inside!
We have hotel blocks at both the Best Western La Grande Hacienda hotel and Cherokee Inn in Cherokee. You must CALL to receive our block rates! See more details under "Travel" section above.
Yes and no. There will not be transportation before the wedding. However, we want you to be safe as you celebrate with us! Transportation will be provided from the reception to the Best Western La Grande Hacienda in Cherokee. A bus will depart from the venue at 9:30 PM, 10:45 PM, 12:00 AM on Saturday evening.
