Logan and Clare's story began in October 2019 with both the best, and the worst, first date they'd ever been on. The Worst: When Logan picked Clare up, he started off strong by opening the car door for her (points for chivalry), but failed to notice her roommate had pulled in behind them. Logan proceeded to back straight into his car—while he was still inside. After dinner, Logan tried to pay, but the restaurant didn’t accept American Express, his only form of payment... Guess who ended up covering the bill? The Best: Despite the mishaps, they had an amazing time. They talked and laughed the whole evening, so much so that Logan barely touched his food and was starving by the time he dropped Clare off. Thankfully they decided to still keep in touch after! Fast forward through college, new jobs, long distance, and a total of eight moves (three for Logan, five for Clare), and they love this life they've started to build together! Logan proposed in October 2024 (easiest 'yes' ever), and October 2025 marks six years since that memorable first date, so they couldn't think of a better month to get married. Logan and Clare can't wait to celebrate this next milestone with all of their favorite people!
