*Please pay attention to timestamps of departure for wedding for each hotel location. This is listed below in the FAQ’s Section as well* To ensure an experience that promises to make your journey to and from the wedding venue as memorable as the event itself, we will be providing transportation for all guests. These buses will be picking up and dropping off at the hotels recommended by the Bride and Groom (Canopy by Hilton Scottsdale Old Town & Mountain Shadows Resort Scottsdale). Times of departure for Wedding Day… Canopy by Hilton Scottsdale Old Town - Bus must depart for the wedding at 1:10pm. Bus will return to hotel around 11:30pm Mountain Shadows Resort Scottsdale - Bus must depart for the wedding at 1:30pm. Bus will return to hotel around 11:30pm. Additional notes… 1) If you are not staying at a hotel recommended by the Bride & Groom, you’re more than welcome to join the bus, we just ask that you provide your own transportation to and from the pick up & drop off location. 2) Should you wish to drive, you are welcome to leave your vehicle at the wedding venue as long as it is picked up by 10am the next morning.
