Will there be food?
Answer
Yes! We will have hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour. Dinner will include two dishes, we hope you enjoy both offerings, but the choice is yours! Note: Our chef is preparing an elegant dinning experience, if you have dietary restrictions please plan accordingly.

What’s the weather like?

For those traveling in, Arizona winters are a lot colder than people think - especially in the desert! We will have heaters and blankets to help, but please dress accordingly if needed.

Is transportation provided on Wedding Day?

Yes! It is our wish that your last worry is how to get to and from our venue! Please check out the Travel & Details section for times and pick up/drop off location.

What time does the bus from Mountain Shadows Resort depart for the Wedding?
Answer
For the Mountain Shadows Resort Scottsdale bus, the bus must depart for the wedding at 1:30pm. The bus will return to hotel around 11:30pm.

What time does the bus from the Canopy Hotel depart for the Wedding?
Answer
The Canopy by Hilton Scottsdale Old Town bus must depart for the wedding at 1:10pm. The bus will return to hotel around 11:30pm.

Can we utilize ride share companies if we wish to not use the shuttle?
Answer
Yes! Should you wish to use those services from the venue, you are more than welcome to. You may also use the shuttle to one of the drop off locations and utilize rideshare from there as well.

Can we just drive ourselves to the Wedding?
Answer
Yes! Should you wish to drive, you may do so! You are also welcome to leave your vehicle at the wedding venue as long as it is picked up by 10am the next morning. Drink responsibly! :)
