We extend a heartfelt invitation to all our guests, regardless of faith background, to join us in witnessing our wedding inside St. Mary’s Catholic Church. For those unfamiliar with Catholic customs, we kindly encourage attire that is respectful of a church setting. If you choose to wear a chapel veil as part of your Catholic faith practice, please feel free to do so without hesitation. All colors, including white, are warmly welcomed at the Catholic Mass as a beautiful expression of faith.

Recieving Line after the Wedding
3:15 pm - 3:30 pm
A receiving line is when the Bride and Groom go to the doorway of the church after the ceremony and greet each of our guests as they exit. The bride and groom exit last, and those still outside cheer for the bride and groom.
Buffer Time For Travel
3:45 pm - 4:00 pm
It is about a 10 to 15 minute Drive From St. Marys Catholic Church to the Sonesta Select Chicago Elgin West Dundee hotel. It is about a 15 minute drive from St. Marys Catholic Church to the Brix on The Fox Tentatively, we will try to arrange a shuttle bus from that will arrive to the Brix on the Fox for the beginning of Cocktail Hour. This shuttle bus will return people back to the hotel at the end of the night.
