Transportation from Cancun to Isla Mujeres 🚐⛴️

1:45 pm - 3:00 pm

Our journey to paradise begins together! Once everyone lands in Cancún, we’ll travel as a group to Isla Mujeres — a short but scenic two-part trip. 🚐 Leg 1 – Private Shuttle from Airport to Marina After arrival, our group will be picked up in private vans directly from the airport and driven to the marina in Cancun. The ride takes about 30–40 minutes depending on traffic. ⛴️ Leg 2 – Private Boat Taxi to Isla Mujeres At the marina, we’ll board our private boat taxi for the 30 minute ride to Isla Mujeres. The boat will drop us off at the dock right near the villa, with beautiful views along the way.

Villa Check-in 🏡🌴

3:00 pm

Villa Services will be waiting by the dock to welcome everyone and help with luggage. If needed, a few people can take the quick 3-minute walk to the villa to grab golf carts and come back to help with the rest of the group and bags. Rooms are already assigned, and a room map will be shared when we arrive so everyone knows where they’re staying.

We’ll gather and zip off on golf carts, a quick five-minute ride that feels like its own little adventure, before arriving at an evening of tableside hibachi grilling at Samura.

Wedding Ceremony & Reception 💍

The heart of the weekend — join us as we exchange vows by the sea, followed by an evening of food, drinks, and celebration under the stars.

Attire: Dress comfy and light—linen, flowy dresses, or easy pants are all perfect. Cute sandals are the way to go (no pressure on heels!). We love soft colors like blues, greens, tans, and off-whites, but truly wear what makes you feel good—just skip the neon brights so we keep the vibe soft and organic. Evening Schedule: 5:00 PM — Ceremony — By the sea. Take your seat, enjoy the ocean breeze, and share this moment as we say “I do.” 5:30 PM — Cocktail Hour — Charcuterie, drinks, and photos with the bride, groom, and guests. 6:30 PM — Dinner & Reception — A seated dinner followed by relaxed, easygoing vibes. RSVP to let us know your protein of choice.

Slip beneath the surface of Isla’s crystal waters

Guided by a certified team, we'll drift through the ethereal Underwater Museum, past the Lighthouse Reef, and over the island’s grand Manchones Reef — a living mosaic of coral and color. Between swims, enjoy fresh ceviche, cool drinks, and sun on your shoulders as the sea glimmers around us. This outing is entirely optional! No expectations, no pressure, just an open invitation for anyone who wants to join. We’ll be picked up directly at the dock beside the villa.

⛴️ Leg 1 – Private Boat Taxi from Isla Mujeres to Marina We’ll depart from the dock near the villa and take a private boat taxi back to the mainland. The ride takes about 30 minutes and offers one last look at the turquoise waters of Isla Mujeres. 🚐 Leg 2 – Private Shuttle to the Airport Upon arrival at the marina, private vans will be waiting to take the group back to Cancún International Airport. The drive is approximately 30–40 minutes, depending on traffic.
