Minneapolis is the largest airport in the vicinity of Alexandria. From the Minneapolis airport it will be just over a 2hr drive to Alexandria

Hector International Airport (Fargo, ND)

This is another good choice to fly into, and Lexi's hometown! It is a smaller airport than Minneapolis, so flight options may be limited but it is closer to Alexandria with a drive of 1hr and 40min.

Arrowwood Resort and Conference Center

Arrowwood is a resort center that has multiple options available for lodging. They offer basic hotel rooms inside the resort with 1-3 bed options, with suites available. The next option are the cottages,which are stand-alone 1-3 bedroom houses. If you have a larger party, they also offer 3-6 bedroom townhouses situated on the lake. Arrow wood is a great location, only a 5-minute drive to the wedding venue. A shuttle will be provided to and from the venue the day of the event. They also have a large water park as well as on-site restaurants. The resort is located on a lake and has a boat launch and rentals available.

Hampton Inn & Suites Alexandria

Clean and updated rooms close to food and shopping. Shuttle offered to and from the venue the day of the event. For the wedding we have booked a block of hotel rooms for our out of town guests at a discounted rate. To book a room in the block, call the hotel and use code “BFW” to reserve a room at our lower rate! A shuttle will be provided to and from the venue the day of the event.

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Alexandria

The Fairfield is another great option! This is one of the newest hotels in Alexandria and offers multiple different room set-ups. This hotel is also only 15-minutes from the wedding venue. A shuttle will be provided to and from the venue the day of the event

Holiday Inn Alexandria, an IHG Hotel

Another great option to stay at during the weekend. Less than a 20 min drive to the venue. We have a discounted block of rooms reserved at this hotel. To reserve under the block, call the hotel and ask for the 'Fry/Bartolome wedding block'. This hotel will not have a shuttle to the ceremony, but you can park at either of the other hotels and take the shuttle, or drive yourself to the winery where there is free overnight parking.
