Question

Will there be transportation to and from the hotels to the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! We are so lucky that Carlos creek offers a shuttle from Arrowwood Resort, Hampton Inn, and Fairfield Inn to the wedding venue 1 hour before the ceremony (3:00-4:15), and the last 3 hours of the reception (9:30-11:30pm). There will be shuttle details posted at each hotel with specifics for pick-up/drop-off. The brewery and winery side of the venue will be open prior to the ceremony, so feel free to come early and grab a drink!

What's the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail/semi-formal, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, and the reception will be indoors following the ceremony. Don't worry about the heat, the ceremony area is shaded by plenty of trees on all sides. If it is raining outside, the ceremony will be moved to indoors.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

As stated above, Carlos Creek Winery offers a shuttle to local lodging. If you still choose to drive, there is free on-site parking at the venue and you are allowed to park over-night and take the shuttle back to the hotel if you change your mind!
