Cousin I met Jayde at the hospital the day she was born and adopted her as my sister from that day forward. We spent many summers in Kansas four wheeling on the farm and making slip in slides in my grandmas backyard. As adults we’ve stayed close, traveling together and now living closer than ever!

Childhood Bestie I met Heather on the 5th grade playground and we were inseparable growing up three doors down from each other. We grew up as extended members of each other’s families, spent summers swimming on Riptide together, winters in Mammoth attempting to snowboard, late night girl talks in the jacuzzi and are now enjoying the sweetest full circle moments as adults (like getting her married last year!).

Crean Lutheran High School Julia and I met in high school and became close when we lived together in Nashville after college. We spent a hot Nashville summer together making pina coladas and attending every country music event we could find.

Page Hall, Westmont College Linnette and I met freshmen year in college and spent many nights studying together, going on late night In-N-Out runs and always making each other laugh so hard. We’ve been through it all and are literally each others yin to yang - so unique, but the absolute perfect balance.

Europe Semester, Westmont College Sarah and I met on Europe Semester in 2013 at Westmont. We explored all the cities together, discovered our love of chimney cakes in Budapest and have followed each other through our adult lives in a serendipitous ways. We’ve been roomies, coworkers and friends who have shared our love of faith, travel and celebrating life together.

Nashville Roomie When Julia moved out of our apartment in Nashville I joked she needed to find me a roommate, a boyfriend or a cat to keep me company and she found the best thing possible - Michal! We quickly found we were kindred spirits and became travel buddies through the years as we moved farther from one another.

Carpinteria Roomie Ari and I met in Carp as roomies navigating our 20's together. We spent many nights watching sunsets at the beach, having long talks about life, throwing the best Halloween parties and enjoying taco/marg nights where Ari would make her famous salsa and guacamole. It was through Ari that Kyle and I were first introduced to each other! Ari was diagnosed with leukemia in February of 2022 and went home to be with Jesus in January of 2024. Although she will be physically absent, I know she is always present. Her memory will be honored with special moments throughout the wedding weekend - the celebration would not be complete without her memory held close.

Westmont Coworker Emily and I met when I hired her at Westmont to help with events. We went out for whiskey(a shared love) a week into working together and from that night forward we were attached at the hip. We spent the sweetest years together in Santa Barbara working together, trying all the coffee shops, hosting charcuterie nights and being there for each other through Em’s COVID wedding and Ari’s cancer journey.

Future Sister-In-Law Ashley is Kyle’s little sister and we’ve had the best time getting to know each other the last few years during family trips and time together in California and Denver. As an only child I’m SO excited to have siblings through Kyle’s family, and especially sisters!

Future Sister-In-Law Nikki is Kyle’s sister in law (married to his younger brother). We’ve had lots of fun hanging out together with their growing family the last few years! We even got to explore Stowe, Vermont all together when we ended up there at the same time unplanned! Again, I’m just so excited to have sisters as a part of Kyle’s family!

Westmont College Became friends freshman year at Westmont college. Played basketball together for 4 years and were roommates at Westmont during our sophomore year. We also did a Europe trip together right after college to celebrate graduation and went to 3 different countries!

Westmont/Denver Daniel and Kyle first met at Westmont when they lived across the hall from each other in VK. They bonded over their love of baseball and the hosting of movie mondays. When Kyle moved to Denver, Daniel became his roommate for the first 2 years and shared amazing memories by going on hikes, going to concerts, and countless sporting events.

Mario Kart Crew Kyle met Dan in 2013 through another groomsmen Matt. We have remained close through our many battles of Mario Kart, golf, and whatever sport the mario kart group plays together. We have also traveled to Europe together as well. Our biggest connection is our shared love of the Dodgers and we were able to go to the 2020 world series together as well.

Mario Kart Crew Matt was Kyle's summer coach when he was in college and they spent countless hours in the gym working their games. Over time their friendship evolved and he has been a key member in the Mario Kart crew. Matt and Kyle have shared countless adventures together, from Europe trips, to sporting events, playing mario kart weekly, and everything else in between. They were also roommates for a short time in Covina before Kyle moved to Denver.

Childhood Best Friend Edward and Kyle met when Kyle moved back to Glendora from Mammoth in the sixth grade. We quickly bonded over our love of sports and have a mutual hatred of the sports teams we both like. We played basketball together all the way through high school and had countless afternoons eating great food and playing 1 on 1 wiffle ball at Cullen elementary school.

Mario Kart Crew Calvin and Kyle met in high school through Glendora basketball. After college we reconnected and became what is known as the mario kart crew. Cal and Kyle have traveled the world together, have played a lot of golf, mario kart, and other various activities as well. Cal and Kyle were also roommates together for a short time in Covina with the other groomsmen Matt.
