Question

Are you still planning on getting married on 09/26/2020?

Answer

Yes! At the end of the day, Codiee and I decided we want to get married and not continue to push back our date. Unfortunately, this means we will not be able to celebrate with you all. For everyone’s safety, we have decided to hold a small ceremony and reception for immediate family only. It’s important to us to be able to celebrate with you all, so we will be having a vow renewal in a year and we hope to party with you all then! :)

Question

I’m immediate family. What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the ceremony at least 15 minutes before the ceremony time of 4 PM.

Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire, please!

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking lot available at the venue.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you. Unfortunately we can’t allow everyone a plus-one anymore due to restrictions, so we have limited it to people who are married or in long-term relationships. (At our vow renewal in a year though, everyone will have a plus-one.) :)

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are registered right here on our Zola website! Click on "Registry" and you will find our honeymoon fund to contribute to, if you wish.

Question

Is the ceremony and reception outside?

Answer

Yes, our ceremony and reception will both be held outside at the same venue. The ceremony will be held at the venue’s gazebo, while the reception will be held under their tent.

Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Family can head straight to the reception to enjoy a cocktail hour.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. However, due to the spread of COVID and restrictions, the only kids attending will be the ones participating in the ceremony. (Flower girl, ring bearer).

Question

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved rooms at the Hampton Inn in Muskegon for out of town family. To get the discounted price, call (231) 799-8333 and mention the last name “Jazdzyk” or “Lofquist”. Of course, if there is another hotel you would like to stay at in the area, that is totally fine!

Question

How far away is the reserved hotel from the wedding venue?

Answer

Super close! It's only about an 8 minute drive.

Question

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

Answer

A buffet dinner will be served to our guests, along with an open bar of beer, wine and a couple signature cocktails.

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #LofquistAtLast so we can keep track of all of your pictures! However, please note the ceremony will be an unplugged ceremony, therefore we would like our incredible photographer to be the only one capturing the moment during that time.

Question

Will masks be required?

Answer

Masks will be required upon arrival to the venue, but will be allowed to be taken off once seated. If you feel more comfortable keeping your mask on, then please feel free to do so. :)

Question

I still have questions, what is the best way to contact you?

Answer

Please feel free to email me at janeejazdzyk@gmail.com.
